Refund and Cancellation

1. Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 6 hours of placing the order.
  • After this period, orders are processed and shipped, and cancellations will not be accepted.
  • To cancel an order, please contact us at support@srika.co as soon as possible.

2. Refunds

  • We offer refunds only for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • To request a refund, please email us at support@srika.co within 2 days of receiving your order, providing proof of damage or defect (e.g., photos).
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approving your refund request.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

3. Exchanges

  • We accept exchanges for defective or incorrect items within 2 days of delivery.
  • To exchange an item, please contact us with your order details and the reason for the exchange.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized candles are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or refunds on items once they have been used.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check with your bank or credit card company as there may be some processing time before it is officially posted.
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@srika.co.
